Car for a loving owner! 1979 MG midget

Afternoon OPPO, a coworker of mine is looking to pass his 1979 MG to a loving owner who will restore this gem to it's original BRG glory.

From what I understand the car is in good mechanical condition and it has passed inspection for this year. Aside from some cosmetic issues all of the original car is there. The car has about 63k miles, has a rough first gear, rest are fine, she starts right up and has the 1493cc inline 4 engine.

History on the car; the first owner stored it in outdoors conditions. Now however the car is garage kept (since 1993). He has all records of repairs/inspections since '93, the soft top was purchased new and has barely seen weather at all (maybe 150 miles worth) though it is a couple years old; he also has (and will provide with the vehicle) 2 additional steel wheels, same style as on car now.
